STRATEGY, ARCHITECTURE & DELIVERY

Mark serves as the firm’s lead architect and principal advisor. With more than 25 years of enterprise analytics leadership, he has been trusted to guide programs ranging from complex SAP® software and cloud analytics transformations to AI-enabled reporting modernization. His background includes corporate leadership roles, consulting practice leadership, and long-term delivery across manufacturing, life sciences, chemicals, defense, and other process-intensive industries.

He is known for operating comfortably in both executive and technical environments—facilitating requirements workshops, advising governance and transformation leaders, shaping enterprise data strategy, and then personally translating that direction into architecture, data models, governed reporting assets, and production-ready analytical experiences.
